Wood Gasifier with CHP 50 kW
The Wood Gasifier with CHP and 50 kW output is our smallest version with an output controllability between 35 and 50 kW. Like the other sizes, the system is designed and manufactured to industry standards.
The fixed-bed direct-current (DC) gasifier and the long-life gas filters lead to a very high reliability of the system, with low maintenance and operating costs. The CHP works with a turbocharged 4-cylinder gas engine from MAN and a synchronous generator. Space is provided for additional catalytic converters to comply with future exhaust gas standards.
The system is controlled by a modern PLC, from the wood chip feed to heat extraction and electricity feed-in. The system can be operated and monitored locally or via smartphone over the internet.

The development of the 50 kW Wood Chip CHP unit is based on the requirement to ensure a stable gas generation process with standard wood chips, including fine and bark fractions, for a consistently high electrical and thermal output.
