Wood Gasifier with CHP 75 kW
The Wood Gasifier with CHP and 75 kW output was developed to better cover the output range below 100 kW. The output can be regulated between 55 kW and 78 kW. A filter was added to the 50 kW system and equipped with a 6-cylinder gas engine from MAN. The fixed-bed direct-current (DC) gasifier and the long-life gas filters lead to a very high reliability of the system, with low maintenance and operating costs. Space is provided for additional catalytic converters to comply with future exhaust gas standards.
The system is controlled by a modern PLC, from the wood chip feed to the heat extraction and electricity feed-in. The system can be operated and monitored locally or via smartphone over the internet.

Wood Chip CHP 75 kW
The development of the 75 kW Wood Chip CHP unit is based on the requirement to ensure a stable gas generation process with standard wood chips, including fine and bark fractions, for a consistently high electrical and thermal output. With our innovative technology, we have developed a future-oriented system for decentralized energy supply. A step towards independence from third-party providers while making optimum use of local resources.
