The complete control of the system from the fuel bunker to the heat extraction and power feed-in is carried out via a modern PLC (Beckhoff Ethercat) with an integrated web server. The motor control and the control of the synchronous generator are integrated in the central control. The operation and monitoring of the system can be carried out on site or via smartphone / PC via the Internet worldwide. Event logs, diagrams, warning and fault messages as part of the control system are transmitted via email or SMS. The PLC is open for the integration and communication with other systems.

Safety monitoring includes CO monitoring in the room air and an integrated re-fire protection. Even if the system normally runs completely trouble-free for weeks, a daily visual inspection is part of everyday operation.
